How Subscriptions Work:
All subscriptions are 30% off regular price with a monthly recurring purchase for a minimum of 3 reoccurring purchases before cancelation.
- Log into your account at https://www.lelior.com/account/login
- Click on the Manage Subscriptions button underneath your Order History or go to https://www.lelior.com/a/subscriptions/manage/
- Within this portal, your are able to product swap, place an order now, and update the contact, shipping, billing, and payment method.
- The pause and cancel buttons will only be visible after 3 connective payments. If you have any problems or need assistance with your subscription, we are happy to assist you. The best way to get help is to use the live chat on the site or to email email@example.com.
- Click on the subscription number you wish to edit
- Click on edit in the items category
- Click add Items and in the search bar, search for the product you want. Tip: Browse the website to figure out the scents. Make sure you select the correct size.
- Remove the products you do not want and make sure you select save (min 1 product required).
- Your subscription is successfully swapped. In the billing schedule section, you are able to view when the upcomming payments will be and place an order now. If you want to change the upcoming payments date contact us through the live chat or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pause & Cancellation
You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want after the third consecutive month in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below.
The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your shop.
